Many of our limiting beliefs arenā€™t just due to the patriarchy, but to the establishment of it in the days far gone, and through the known and unknown suffering and glories of those who came before us, whose experiences that were had on this same land, drinking this same water, being warmed by this same sun, are encoded within us.
Within the acknowledgment of ancestral trauma,
is the invitation to also embrace the transformation of ancestral healing.
